What can Avtar access?
Avtar processes content you submit and data you authorize, such as email, calendars, contacts, and location. It also collects basic account, device, usage, and log data.
Does Avtar read or store my email context?
With your permission, Avtar accesses relevant emails to provide summaries and personalized help. It does not copy your entire mailbox, but related content and responses may be stored in your conversation history.
Is Avtar always listening?
No. Avtar uses your microphone only when you record audio or start voice chat. During voice chat, audio is processed until you mute or end the session.
Can I see and control what Avtar remembers?
Yes. You can review the personal context Avtar uses, correct preferences or details that are wrong, and object to certain processing where applicable. You can also manage conversations and connected services in the app.
Can I delete my Avtar or data?
Yes. You can remove conversations or request deletion of your Avtar, account, and personal information. Account deletion has a 30-day recovery period, and limited records may be retained where legally required.
Does Avtar sell my data?
No. Avtar does not sell personal information or use it for external marketing or targeted ads. Limited sharing may occur with service providers, affiliates, during business transfers, when legally required, or with your consent.
